  • We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, sizes, colors, and pricing.
  • However, due to screen differences, actual colors may slightly vary.
  • All products are subject to availability and we reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any item.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices listed on our website are in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • We accept payment via:
    • Bank Transfer
    • Cash on Delivery (COD)
    • EasyPaisa / JazzCash
    • Credit/Debit Cards (if available)
  • Orders will only be processed once payment is confirmed (except COD orders).

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer nationwide delivery across Pakistan.
  • Standard delivery time: 2–3 working days, depending on your location.
  • Delivery is free on all orders across Pakistan, whether you pay by Cash on Delivery or bank transfer.
  • Delays caused by courier companies or external factors are beyond our control.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • Exchanges and refunds are accepted for size issues, colour issues, and defective or damaged items received, requested within 10 days of delivery with proof of purchase.
  • To qualify, the item must be unused, unworn and unwashed, with all tags and labels intact and in its original packaging.
  • Approved claims are processed within 10 working days. You may choose an exchange (subject to availability) or a refund.
  • Change of mind is not eligible. Please see our Return Policy for full details.

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement by contacting our support team.
  • Star Wears reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion (e.g., out-of-stock items, payment issues, or suspicious activity).

    • Provide accurate personal and payment information
    • Not misuse the website (e.g., fraudulent activity, spam, or hacking attempts)
