Return Policy
STAR WEARS takes care to ensure every order reaches you in perfect condition. If the size or colour isn’t right, or you receive a defective or damaged item, you may choose an exchange or a refund, as described below.
Exchange & Refund Eligibility
- Exchanges and refunds are accepted for size issues, colour issues, and defective or damaged items.
- Requests must be submitted within 10 days of delivery, with proof of purchase.
- The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with all tags and labels intact and in its original packaging.
- Approved claims are processed within 10 working days. You may select another article of equal value from the website, or receive a refund.
- Refunds are paid to the original payment method for prepaid orders, and by bank transfer for Cash on Delivery orders.
- Summer stock can only be exchanged with Summer items, and Winter stock with Winter items.
Items Not Eligible
- Change of mind.
- Items that have been worn, used, washed or altered.
Shipping
- Return shipping is free of charge when the item received is defective or damaged. For size or colour exchanges, the customer pays the return shipping.
- Original delivery is free across Pakistan, so there are no shipping charges to refund.
