STAR WEARS holds a ‘No Refund’ policy except in cases of defective products.
No exchange is allowed on items with 50% off or more.
All claims for defective products approved by the company will be processed within 14 working days. Once the claim is accepted, you may select any other article of equal value from the website.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for bearing the return shipping costs at their own expense.
STAR WEARS does not offer a “Refund” or “Money Back Guarantee” on purchased items.
Items that have been worn, used, or altered will not be eligible for exchange.
Tags and labels must remain intact.
Please note, colors may slightly vary in brightness and contrast due to screen resolution and settings. In such cases, exchange or return requests may not be accepted.
Summer stock can only be exchanged with Summer items, and Winter stock with Winter items.
