Creating an account on Starwears.pk is not mandatory. You can use a guest account to checkout without registering. However, a Starwears.pk account gives you access to the following benefits:

• Save your shipping details for future purchases and a faster shopping experience
• Be informed about our latest stock, special online promotions and discounts!

Orders can be placed while navigating our website as a registered user or even as a guest user. On any product page, select your color/size choices (if applicable), choose quantity and then press the “Add to Cart” button. This will open up your shopping cart where you may choose to continue shopping, or head on to checkout. On the checkout page, you may add or confirm your personal and shipping information, select payment options, enter any discount vouchers (if applicable) and review your order before selecting “Place order now”.

Currently, the following payment methods are accepted:

• Cash on Delivery: Available for customers throughout Pakistan. Ensure that you have the exact amount as our delivery agents do not carry change.
• Prepaid options: VISA, MasterCard payments are securely transmitted via SSL encryption.
• Bank Deposit Option: For customers who prefer bank transfers to our bank account.

• For orders within Lahore: A flat delivery fee of PKR 130 will apply.

• For orders outside Lahore: The same PKR 130 COD charge applies nationwide.

• If a promotional free shipping offer is active at the time of purchase
• If the item received was damaged

In all other cases not mentioned above (such as size change or change of mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

If your refund is approved after verification, it will be processed within 15 working days via your original payment method or another agreed method (e.g., bank transfer).
