3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices listed on our website are in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • We accept payment via:
    • Bank Transfer
    • Cash on Delivery (COD)
    • EasyPaisa / JazzCash
    • Credit/Debit Cards (if available)
  • Orders will only be processed once payment is confirmed (except COD orders).

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer nationwide delivery across Pakistan.
  • Standard delivery time: 2–5 working days, depending on your location.
  • Shipping fees (if any) will be clearly mentioned at checkout.
  • Delays caused by courier companies or external factors are beyond our control.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • Items can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery for size issues or defects, subject to availability.
  • To qualify for an exchange:
    • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
    • Proof of purchase is required
  • We do not offer refunds, except in cases where the item received is damaged or incorrect.

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement by contacting our support team.
  • Star Wears reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion (e.g., out-of-stock items, payment issues, or suspicious activity).
